W7,R1 tomorrow. Wow, W7 sounds so grown up!! I've got no reason to put it off. If the weather's dry I may go off my dead end lane but I'll have to tell the dog as she may not want to come I just hope it doesn't rain. I haven't managed any other exercise as I've been sewing non-stop for 2 days so I'm quite looking forward to getting out and stretching my legs.
Not ready for this but..nearly time for W7,R1.. - Couch to 5K

Well done you will be fine, and dont worry about rain, I find it very cooling! Good luck let us know how you get on!
I prefer to run in the rain but when it gets windy it an get really tough.
It's fantastic week 7 onwards, you'll enjoy just running. I know what you mean about the rain, I like I to be dry for the warm up walk, then after that I don't care as the rain can be refreshing to run in. I agree with Hurler31 don't like the wind.

Thanks for your messages. I did W7R1 today and survived! The weather was close and dry. My current trainers keep the rain out quite well so bring on the rain!
