I have come to the conclusion that my body wasn’t designed for running. I think the great almighty decided I was destined to sit with friends drinking wine, not trying to run through vineyards dreaming of wine.
I took 10 days off and sat on the couch to give my knee proper time to heal, and it worked, my knee is fine. Halfway around today’s run I think I pulled my calf muscle, I pushed on and ran (with a limp) home.
Tomorrow hopefully my leg will ease up and on Monday will try run W7 R2, meanwhile I think I will go and open a bottle of wine
Have a fab weekend

Oh no, so sorry you’re plagued by annoying injuries. It took me four attempts at c25k to complete it as things kept getting in my such as injuries and life!
I feel the same though, I’m always saying I was built for comfort not speed 😉. Hope you’re back out there soon anyway!
I hurt myself several times during C25k as I am a clumsy oaf. Falling downstairs, and off ladders while holding hedge cutter, then rolled my ankle attempting my first modest hillock, sorta thing
Gave Up the wine though, along with all the rest of it, don’t know who I am any more 🤷♀️
Hope your calf eases up soon, and well done for waiting patiently on the IC for your knee to heal up. Good luck with the flat land- that was my approach: avoid the hills for now, and tackle them later
I know, but as I crest the hill of achievement, I feel fantastic and it gives me the motivation for the final 5 mins of the run.... even if I am limping or wheezing like an old man
