I have to say it was a shock to the system to get up at 6... I am NOT a morning person π€£ I spent the first few mins of the run trying to work out if anything was hurting - was that my calf? - are my quads twinging? - do my legs feel really heavy? - did I just feel a niggle in my lower back ? If I really, really, really think about it does anything feel odd at all??. ... no ... it didnβt, so defo no excuses or reason to turn back! π€£π€£
Once Iβd stopped overthinking things I realised halfway was up and I knew I was going to get another run under my belt & I just love that feeling of achievement at the end. πββοΈπββοΈ

Well done on that 25 minutes run so early in the morning and before going to work, glad you enjoyed it, of course, there was no need to turn back, that sense of achievement will stay with you as you complete all the remaining six runs and especially run 3 of week 9 when you graduate, have a good day at work.
Love those conversations that we have with ourselves! Well done for the run, especially so early! Another one in the bag πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
