Just get bum out the door!

Yeayayayay. I love that song... Listen With Mother... Children's Favourites... ( Yep I am that old)
ABBA does it for me.... Waterloo can get me up any hill !
Go you!!

Oh lord...it's been many years since I heard that song...go nellie !
I have a mix of songs I like, some of them for the music, some for the memories, not any particular beat, although most are upbeat, it's quite a long list and I hit shuffle so they are not always in the same order and I don't get the same ones every time.
There's a lot of 80s and 90s, some recent...Prince figures quite heavily lol

Any big tunes are good for me but I like a mixture of old rock, AC/DC, Marillion, Queen to newer music/ House/Dance such as Evanessence, Foo Fighters, Delirium Summer Trance & Sandstorm by Darude. Also downloaded compilation albums such as ‘Just Run’. After the run, like to walk and chill out to Neil Diamond, Lewis Capaldi, Rag& Bone Man, Dire Straits, Eric Clapton. 😊👍

Oh that song, years ago I used to go to a rock club and they always wound the night up with that song 😀. Happy memories. I have a very eclectic playlist anything from Bounce, ska to Elvis and ABBA.

That's the song for CPR
