Well done for completing week one. Lots of people find it the most difficult! :) as soon as you've finished a week it's time to go on to the next. Don't be tempted to stay on a week until it feels easy- the best way to build stamina is to do a little bit more each time and the programme is designed so you can do that. Trust Laura, and yourself, and keep going :)

I found week 1 by far the worst, thought I was going to die!! If you have managed week 1 then move on, you will be amazed how well your body accepts the new exercise, the longer your running periods are the better your breathing becomes too. Wishing you all the best, keep us posted on how you are getting on too. :)

Well done on getting through week 1. I would also say move on to week 2. The running times do increase a little bit, but that means there are less of them!!

Good luck :)

Well done on completing week 1. I am on week 2 run 2 and would say that it is better to move on to week 2. I felt quite worried about moving on to week 2 but although I had to push myself through run 1, having just finished run 2, feel quite good and was running quicker (and for longer) than I thought I would. Although you are running for 90 seconds you get 2 mins rest time and you still work to 20mins so you have less runs to do and the last one comes up surprisingly quickly !! Good luck
