Hey guys

Quick question can i take longer than an actual week in a run or do i have to start with run 1 again? I'm only in wk2 but I'm on run 3 but its been longer than 7 days, do i start wk2 again?

I personally wouldn't. See how the run goes and if it's tough just redo w3r3 again.

There's no real need to think in terms of 'Weeks', it's just a name rather than necessarily to do with the calendar. For most of the programme it is simply a session that you need to complete 3 times with a minimum of a day 'off' running between each - so once you've done your W2R3 successfully, your next run should be W3R1 - whether that's after one rest day or several.

Hope that makes sense!

What GoogleMe said... carry on with your next run..keep it slow, keep it steady :)

So long as you take at least one rest day between runs, you can take as long as you like. Once you complete a run then you are ready to move on........that is how the programme works.
