Should I re-do week 1?

Just finished run 3 of week 1 and it was the worst yet. I completed it but was begging for it to end, every run, even felt a bit sick. Running for longer gives me the fear and I don't know if I'm ready for week 2.

Any advice is appreciated

I repeated week 1. My philosophy is that it’s not about the end goal/graduation it’s about finding a very surprising like (not quite love yet) for running. Me! So yes I repeated as I wanted to feel confident in moving onto week 2. And now I do.

First week I could barely make it to 30 seconds before I just couldn’t breath anymore. No after second week I’m happy to say I can comfortably (ish) reach 60 seconds.

It’s up to you but I’d say do what feels right and makes you enjoy your experience. We’re not all here to ‘push’ ourselves.

If you completed, move forward, it's all preparing you for the next run. 🤗

Thanks everyone. I'll give a bash I guess and see how I get on. Can but try 😁

I'd move to w2 but give yourself an extra rest day before starting. That way you've got the best possible chance of completing it ☺
