I have graduated, but feel a bit deflated.............has anybody else felt like this?
I seem to be feeling worse and struggling more with my 30 mins.
Do I need a kick up the jacksee or what?

I agree, keeping the 30 minutes going for each run is really hard initially. I used to take some of my runs down to 20 minutes, just so that I could enjoy them. I suppose it feels worse because you're asking your body to be consistent and it might start to get fatigued. But the fitness comes after a while, so that's a positive
Hi craftycrafer. I felt a bit directionless after finishing too and did struggle a bit with my first few post graduation runs. I was totally elated to get the the end and then kind of felt - what now? I think also that the programme actually really pushes most people so when you get to the end the 30 min runs are still quite hard going.
You need to message JR21 to get your badge which is a real boost and then set a goal for what comes next, maybe 5k or 5 k in 30 mins if you have not achieved these yet. If you have then possibly a parkrun? I'm still working up the courage to go on one but everyone says they are really friendly and fun. Another idea is to mix up the runs, one day intervals, one day 5K and another just running fast for as far as seems a good idea. Or I've just downloaded the C25K+ podcasts and tried out the speed one today. It felt very good to have Laura back and I really enjoyed it even though it was tough. Good luck.
