Ouch ouch ouch! I've just done the stepping stone podcast and I'm wiped! Could not even make it through to the end!
Not sure whether I should continue with it, I was quite happy with my running for a weeks now, yet this morning felt very awkward and wrong and all over the place. I've got long legs, am almost 6ft tall and suppose I therefor take longer strides. Trying to fit in with the beat was really hard! I had to shorten my steps lots, just felt really weird. I was so tired I could not manage more than halway up the little hill to my house.
Well, it was certainly challenging! I might try it a few more times but if it keeps on feeling like this I will rather carry on as planned before, just add a song to my playlist every week.
