Done it! W9R3 completed this morning and I am on top of the world! Planned to finish Thursday morning in the gym before work but didn't sleep well the night before so had to give it a miss. I knew I had to do it by today. Yesterday I went for my first ever road run at 5.30am only managed 25 mins/3.75 k. It is a different exercise altogether than treadmill running. Anyway with the extra session slotted in I jumped on the treadmill this morning and ran 33.2mins/ 5k to complete the programme. I couldn't run ten weeks ago! What a difference.
