I actually got out there and completed my first run, despite the frosty conditions. No more excuses, it can only get easier from now on right?! I found it difficult but am looking forward to making progress and seeing my fitness improve.

Well done making that start, it's not easy but is very doable if you follow the program and you will be amazed at how your fitness and general well being will improve I know I have been.

I word of warning it's a bit addictive!

It does get easier and even when it's challenging you'll be amazed at what you can achieve.

Just focus on getting out there and the programme will do the rest.

Oh and be warned it is addictive!
