I've just completed W2 R3 and am very happy!
I didn't think I would get past the first run of week one, having always convinced myself since PE lessons at school that running wasn't for me. I discovered this program after a good friend started running, she too didnt think she and it in her and is now a graduate!
Roll on W3R1, running for 3 mins sounds scary but I am actually starting to believe I can do this
