Just back from the gym where I did my final C25K run. I stuck to the same steady pace but added an extra 2 minutes at the end at a slightly faster pace. Could have done more but decided I was better ending on a high than running out of steam. Looking forward to building up to 5k over the next few runs - reckon I've run 3 - 3.5k in 30 mins so shouldn't take me long then my first park run at the end of the month. Thanks to everyone for your support and to Jo Whiley for encouraging me through every run.

Well done and enjoy your next steps: I'm nowhere near 5K yet either but am going to try my best to get there in the end! It's still a great achievement, and you deserve to feel proud of yourself : )
