I have just done run one of week 7. I found it Ok and even managed to up my pace for the last 60 seconds. I run on a treadmill as my joints are not that good, but I don't think there are too many 58 year old grandma's out there who can manage 25 minutes running. I am so proud of myself but would not have been able to do it without the C25K. I cannot wait to graduate, hopefully before our 40th wedding anniversary in April.
Feeling proud: I have just done run one of week... - Couch to 5K
Feeling proud

Well done, that's fantastic. I am on exactly the same run as you. Reading other people's posts, it sounds like it just gets better, too.

Like you, I am on week 7 and run indoors on my treadmill, and upped the pace for the last 60 seconds. It was so weird reading your post as I thought that is me, only difference is you have 10 years on me. So I take my hat off to you and look forward to hearing that you graduate before that anniversary as you deserve it x
