Week 3 run 1 completed. Used positive thinking and determination when it got tougher and here I am - pleased with myself. I did not stay on the couch and I feel very good about that. I might even do a little sloth shuffle 🀣

Glad that you are enjoying your runs Slothgoesrunning, week 3 is a good week, slightly longer runs, just go at your own comfortable pace, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3.

Well done you! Nothing wrong with a shuffle, there are a lot of us out there, though personally I joffle - which is a mix of shuffle and jog. It’s pretty slow, whatever it is! Happy shuffling!

I came to realise afterwards (when I could actually think straight) - that I wouldn’t have been able to complete even half of that run three weeks ago. We’ve got this πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Good luck Newbie12 - I find second run of the week is easier in the sense you know you have done it once already and you can therefore relax (😏) a bit
