Week 3 run 1 completed. Used positive thinking and determination when it got tougher and here I am - pleased with myself. I did not stay on the couch and I feel very good about that. I might even do a little sloth shuffle π€£

Well done you! Nothing wrong with a shuffle, there are a lot of us out there, though personally I joffle - which is a mix of shuffle and jog. Itβs pretty slow, whatever it is! Happy shuffling!
