I felt really sleepy round week 5 - could have slept all day if I'd let myself...it did last for about 10 days or so and then I perked up again. Your body is still getting used to all that exercise, so needs time to adjust. Maybe throw in an extra rest day?

Same here- the longer runs start to take it out of you.....I just took an extra rest day from time to time and it definitely helped....also drink plenty of water- could be dehydration...

I'm only on week four run 2 but I noticed today I feel really tired after running last night. Do you feel very tired after your run?

If so I bet it is that and your body just recovering. Keep an eye on it though as you may be coming down with something and need some proper rest.

Take it easy.

I'm on week 4 and can notice how much more tired I am after jogging, hopefully it will pass though, and I'm not letting it stop me from completing it
