Some runs are tough... that’s a very good set of stats for one of them!
An easy way to gain distance is to go shorter the run before... maybe go 5, 4.5, 5.5 and you’re on your way... 5, 4, 6 and then forget lowering the 4 and keep adding. That way your legs are more ready for the longer one.
Yep you’re right, I’ve just replanned all my runs for next week. Planned all my food too, think I’ve been bad in that front also which doesn’t help matters
It’s still a great run though 👏👏.
My tip would be to gradually increase one of your runs each week by 5/10 mins.
I’ve also switched from music to podcasts - it’s really helped me stay out longer . Though I’m not sure why 🤔
Still feeling fed up about it though ....
