Wk4R2 - The best run so far!

Today's run was so much better than my last one. It wasn't nearly as windy, so I was able to concentrate on my running rather than my lack of lung space!

It went so well actually, that I felt like I could have run for longer. I must be mad! It is making me look forward to the end of the week though so that I can start week 5 :)

Ah well done! Did the same run as you today and managed to go a bit further and quicker than the first one which was good, but absolutely dead by the end. Sounds like you're doing really well, good luck with the rest of it!
