Having graduated a week ago, I did one consolidation run au natural (I didn't have my earphones with me) and then I repeated W9R3 for my second run. Both runs were ok, but I was glad when they were over.
I've now downloaded everything our lovely admins recommend, and today I went out with Laura and the c2k5+ stepping stones podcast. It was brilliant - we worked on cadence alongside some techno music, and at last I just got into the groove, didn't think about time, distance or anything, but just ran! Bliss!
We are off to Berlin tomorrow so my next 4 runs will be along Tempelhof with the same podcast in my ears. Can't wait!

Hi Brixcos - perhaps you can help? I want to download the podcasts (?) recommended by the admins. I looked at them yesterday but don't have a clue about how to get them onto my phone! Any idiot-proof guidance would be gratefully received!!
I had a bit of a nightmare trying to find them myself. In the end, my partner did it for me DOH! He went into my Google podcasts app on my phone (I'm with Samsung) and found the C25K+ podcasts there. Does that help?
Congratulations of graduating! ☺️ I love to hear stories of how people continue after ct5k so I will be keeping this in mind for when I finish in 3 weeks 🤞🏻 Enjoy your holiday and holiday runs 👍🏻
The Stansted 10K (near my mum's, not near me) is a great first 10K to do. It was in September last year. None this year, but should be back in June or September next year. I hope to see you there. You will be overtaking me at the start!
