Which I will leap over and finish c25k on Thursday. With hols and a gammy foot on week 2 it has taken me about 12 weeks but I am now running 5k in 34 mins. Graduate on Thursday. For all those who don't believe in themselves, I was exactly the same. The simple fact that you are on this web site means you have increased your chances of success tenfold. The folks here are good people. Its a personal achievement to graduate but a team effort in every sense. Thank you everyone.
