So only one run left until graduation π₯³ I havenβt posted too much on here the last week or so as I didnβt want to jinx it, Iβll be honest my last few runs have been 5k and 31 mins, I felt good so did the extra minute,
I canβt believe Iβve gone from 60 seconds to 30 minutes in 9 weeks and I know it gets said a lot but to any newcomers and anyone who maybe doubting themselves or the programme just believe in it, you CAN do it and with the help and support of this forum you WILL do it ππͺ
Thank you all so much for the support, π€ Iβll be writing a graduation post on Friday/Saturday
Keep on running C25Kβers πββοΈπββοΈ
Look forward to hearing all about your graduation run at the end of the week.
I fully agree with what you say to all newcomers, and am only a week ahead of you. I also struggled to run for more than a few mins at the start, but graduated last week and am loving the positive effects that running brings both physically and mentally.
Well done and good luck for your final run. Iβll be looking out for your graduation. Iβm only a bit behind you 2 runs to graduation (but youβre a lot faster than me, I donβt think Iβm anywhere near 5K).
