Champagne corks are popping!!!

This should have been written yesterday really but I was just too excited.. Yesterday it was my birthday, and I reached the grand old age of 57. However the real reason for my excitement was that I graduated!!! Yes I have done it! It was my best birthday present to myself ever. I can not thank Laura enough for keeping me going and also to everyone else on this site for all the advice and encouragement through good runs and bad. I could not run for 60 secs when I started and today I ran for 40 mins!!! I felt so elated after doing the last 30 mins and still felt I could carry on so ran instead of walked back to my car which took me to 40 mins. Another thing that made me grin from ear to ear was that during the last few mins I passed two men walking a dog and as I went passed them they shouted "it's too hot to run". I was actually recognised as running!, well I'm off to get my lovely green graduates badge, still can't believe it. To everyone thank you and keep up the good work, it can be done.
