Am pleased with myself - I did it and actually I managed it a lot better than day 1 of week 3 so I can see that it pays to do it slowly. Found myself going too fast at certain times so slowed right down and it helped. I did feel it in my thighs though but generally it was all good!

Well done you I found week three was the one were all the elements came together and realised speed didnt matter as when I could run for 30 I could then learn to speed up.
