Done a 15min test run tonight and not feeling too bad - so I think I will go back to week6 and build up gently.

I got to W9R1 but had to give up due to a groin strain picked up playing 5 a side. I rested for a week, then went for a walk to test it but no good - its been nearly 6 weeks now since I last run properly, so I guess it's to be expected that I couldn't just pick up where I left off.

Lesson learned- listen to my body, and be patient.

Glad the test run went well last night Gaz!

Good idea starting back at week6, but I'm pretty sure you'll surprise yourself and want to move up weeks quicker again as your fitness gets back to level (if any of it left!). Just be careful not to do another mischief!
