Update!

I still cant run - cos I tried last week and my legs dont like me for it. My legs and body do however love boxing training! Half a stone off in 4 weeks. Going 2 - 3 times a week and major stress relief punching the hell outta things hehe :)

Hope everyone here is doing OK and keep running ( I sound like Bruce Forsyth lol) - I enjoyed it but I prob need to lose more weight first. So Im sticking with the boxing but I am sure I will be back! :)
