Week 5 is complete! The Garmin shows 3.06 km and a pace of 6.48 min /km. Pleased to have that one out of the way.
My weight is still creeping down and I am feeling so much better than when i started out 5 weeks ago.
Thanks to all on the forum for your encouragement.

Well done! That's the first 'big' run under you belt and with a great time too. Watch out for week 6 which some find tricky after the euphoria of week 5 run 3. Good luck!
