Congratulations! It feels great, doesn't it? I ran Wk9 R1 yesterday. So we are on the same schedule. I think tomorrow I will try to run 5K just to see how long it will take. At my current pace it will be much longer 30 minutes for sure, but it will be a good test.

Hey keepntabs :)

It feels amazing!!! :) well done on your run too - we're nearly there!! :D

I think I'm going to finish the program first then try and run the whole 5k. I'm exactly the same as you, running that distance would take longer than 30 minutes. Usaain Bolt I'm not lol ;) let us know how you get on :)

Keep it up!! :D

It's a great feeling, especially when you think back to where we started and how far we've come :) Just amazing :)

What's next for you now then? :)

Well done Rosie! You're so nearly there! Just remember how we all felt at W1! Hard to believe, isn't it?

You're racing ahead of me - I failed on W8R3 yesterday - boo hoo! About to post a question on this.

Go girl, and enjoy that green badge next week!

Thanks RiverRunner, it really is hard to believe! :)

Don't worry about your W8R3 run, it happens :) I struggled with race 2 big time I had to slow right down, felt like I was walking lol ..there's a number of reasons why runs don't work out sometimes. Keep at it and go for week 9 I'd say :)

You'll have that green badge in no time ;)

Well done Rosie - 30 minutes!! Isn't it amazing what we've achieved, all of us? I did w8r3 this morning and will go onto week 9 on Monday. I've been having more rest days as I was quite tired but I'm determined to finish this next Saturday morning. When will you be doing your graduate run? And you too keepntabs?
