Today was supposed to be the last run of intervals, but I was eager to keep plugging away at my 5K route, and so decided to run for as long as I could. Since this was the third run in as many days, I was more tired than usual, and so ended up running just under 4K in 30 mins. Still, it's gotten me over my phobia of 30 minute runs, and should hopefully make the next run (25 mins) a little less daunting!
