Gremlins rife this morning, duly told to naff off. Thought l would see if l could plan my route to incorporate 5k, which l have. Took me 39.28 secs but this included both my 5mins walk. Now filled with believe that l can run for 30 mins, which is my goal. Got to love those ππ Happy running every one πββοΈ

Yep, those gremlins were out to get me this morning, but I ignored them and managed to complete Week 6 Run 2 without stopping. My nose just wouldn't stop running though; hard to run and blow your hooter at the same time. I need to plan a different route for Sunday's run as, now that I'm running for more time, I'm finding I'm more impatient about pedestrians/ crossing roads/wonky footpaths etc!
Great job... not sure about those snails, Iβm running at 36 minute 5k pace going into week 9 and youβre marginally slower with walking π. Enjoy that next one... that 30 minutes isnβt far away now.
