Just back! Wet feet! Aching ears! Shiny number 11 on my top lip! Stiff neck! But I doned it again!!!!!!!
Walked for 30 mins first as trying to get exercise mins up for February's Foray into Fitness, and then after setting off and then having to find some rushes to have a wee in (I was so desperate ), I then set off again. Kept it slow and steady and even though I'd done 20 mins non-stop last week, I was still thinking I'm not going to manage this. Then I must have zoned out because I stopped thinking about my breathing, my gait, what Winston was doing, and just ran (slowly). 10 mins up. OK, double back for 3 mins but felt neither breath nor legs really needed it.
Last 10 mins I had in my mind where I wanted to get to, and made it......just!
Legs a bit wobbly by now, but considering it was a cold, damp, kerappy day, my seasonal asthma didn't raise it's ugly head at all - one of the biggest bonuses.
Friday for the Week 6 biggy and looking forward to hearing those special words from 'our Laura'! Hope the snow holds off 'til after then, it's only a couple of miles away at the minute...xx

Yay - well done you. No rain here on my run today, but it was very chilly. You would think that having the wind behind would be a good thing, but all I could think about was how much I wished my running jacket covered my backside it was so cold! W6R3. We. Can. Do. It.
You lose weight from your fattest areas first, e.g. Your ass and your boobs. 😀
I take a huge hankie on all my runs. I had to stop several times mid run yesterday for a clear out. I can't bear the sniffles and drips. I wear gloves and a wrist band but wiping is just not enough sometimes 😁
Fantastic! You did it! Once you've done that next run you'll absolutely know you can make that 30 minutes, it's just gradually building from there. Laura will tell you and even though you're expecting it, it will feel amazing! Well done!
