Well done fellow graduate! I’ve just signed up for the Bournemouth 10k in October!!! Advice? ! Asking my marathon runner friend to help me with a training programme. Next few weeks 30 min runs and Laura’s stepping stone podcasts and building speed and stamina. Good luck! πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼

Huge congratulations and well done:) Lots of consolidation and different routes... and maybe some shorter routes in with some 30 minute runs..maybe try some C25K+ podcasts then... very challenging but fun.

Then try out ju-ju- s 10 K plan:)

After the party..have a look at this:)

Wow! Congratulations!

I went straight on to 10k training. Longer run, a 4K and a 5k each week. Go up by 10% each week to do it correctly. Not something I stuck too though πŸ˜‚

Well done πŸŽ“πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘ŒπŸ½πŸ’ͺ🏽 Check our ju-ju-β€˜s plan on the bridge to 10k forum - look in the pinned posts.
