Still got it!

Remember me? Hmm probably not but a few months ago I posted most weeks - apologies for the absence - I kind of "forgot" about running - in fact I didn't run for 5 weeks (mainly cos I was cycling a lot then was a bit under the weather) but the great news and an encouragement for all is: IT DOESN'T WEAR off - went for two runs this week 2.5km and 5km and made Personal bests on each! Yes I am still MIGHTY SLOW but I am faster than I was when I was running before.

I've also been doing weight watchers since January (when I started Couch to 5k) and am now tipping the scales 3.5stone lighter than when I joined after Christmas!

Just wanted to drop in, say hi and encourage everyone! Also picture attached of me at Christmas and me now!

Hi Anne-Marie nice to hear from you again! What an amazing transformation, you look wonderful :) Are you still doing all your other sports, tennis ect? Good to know you haven't lost the running bug either and you're getting faster, that horrible man at your work will be eating his words!

Wow you look smashing. Its also good to know that after a break you were able to pick up and do 5K so soon, all that cycling must have paid off. Congratulations on both wonderful achievements.
