Pleased with myself or what! Did 5k in 29.54, nearly 2 mins faster than the previous fastest. I know it's not all about speed but the Nike+ app I'm using does it anyway and congratulates you. This was over hilly terrain as well so extra special for me.
I know that isn't exactly a Usain Bolt performance but for a 50 year old, 15 stoner who hasn't ever run before the C25k, not too bad.
Well done! I used Nike+ app today for the first time love all the stats it chucks out. Yeah it's quite amazing when I think at the beginning of May I couldn't jog to the end of the road and now I'm running 3 miles.
Well done the 30min 5K is the holy grail we all aim to achieve and you've gone under - super achievement!

Fantastic, I'm still chasing the 30min/5km. Why is it then, when you've got another 5 mins to go they go so slowly, and if you want to finish 5 mins sooner they go by in a flash?!
