Graduated at Race for Life! What a fantastic way to graduate, finally felt that buzz that everyone talks about at races. 9 weeks ago, I genuinely did not think this would be me. I’ve always hated running! It’s still not easy for me at all, but the difference is that I recognise it’s worth the effort now. Now to continue with 30 mins 3x per week and maybe think about a 10K!!
