I really cannot believe that yesterday on a hot humid afetrnoon for the first time in my life I ran 10k/6.2 miles. Couch to 5k is the best thing I have ever discovered. I can remember the days when I used to say "I'll never be able to run non stop for 20 minutes" It took me 1 hour and 9 minutes and it was hard but I felt fantastic afterwards. 55years old and never ran in the past but now I think I am actually a runner
