I have just completed my final run today! I was ill back in March - probably covid but was never tested as I didn't have to be hospitalised - and it completely wiped me out. Before being ill I had played netball a few times a week, run, and did weights classes, and following the virus I couldn't run for a minute at a time. I've followed the program through and built myself up to running 30 minutes and today I graduated! I haven't quite made the 5K but I'm so proud of my progress. I'm quite active on here and have told soooo many people not to worry about distance and numbers but fell into the trap myself today. I normally run a very hilly route and wanted to see how far I could get on a flat course. I drove to a nearby park, did my 30 minutes and.... ran slightly less far than my last hilly run! So I laughed at myself and reminded myself of how far I've come over the past months and how much I've got to be proud of. Well done to everyone on here, for giving it a go and getting out there. Don't worry if it takes you a bit longer than the program (I've had 11 weeks to get here) or if you're distance isn't quite there, you're doing so so well!

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations! Am so very, very pleased for you!
Congratulations 🥳🎉 and well done for coming back after being ill.
This made me laugh as I run an undulating (hilly would be an overstatement) course and, whilst I am not obsessed with speed or distance, I have wondered what it would be like to run on the flat and whether I would be faster 🤔 🏃♀️😂
Weirdly, the times when I think I’ve gone faster are always slower and when I think I’ve been embracing my inner 🐌 I’ve been a ... faster 🐌🤣🤣
But I salute all you undulating runners, I need oxygen if my elevation goes above 20m on my runs- no cliffs on my beach 😜
