It was very muddy ( The sticky kind that makes you taller ) I intentionally took it pretty slow as I was sure it would take more than 30 minutes. And relatively slow at about 38 minutes but I ran the full 5K this morning. Yahoo.

Brilliant, well done!

Keep up the good work and happy running!

Well done. Took me three or four weeks from graduation to do 5k (well, actually 6k, but it took 43 minutes to do the 5, according to my Garmin)

I was just glad to do the full 5k. The mud was like running on flypaper. I was taller and heavier when I finished. I’ll try it again on one of next weeks runs on a dry trail hopefully.

Amazing time, especially in the mud. Well done!

Thank you. I just have to get used to the mud around here. Especially with spring coming.
