Yippeeeeee Yippeeeee Yippeeeeee Again : - )

Well after doing Week 5 /Run 1 last night with no hassle I decided that tonight I was going to attempt Run 2! Reason been as I am not going to be able to fit it in on Wednesday or Thursday and did not want to leave a four day gap! So off I went in the rain ( which in a strange way I enjoy ) and bingo I did it : - ) So am I looking forward to run 3 on Friday hmmm yes and no but a I am like that with every run! A little scared but a little excited at same time so bring it on run3 : - )

I'm at about the same point. Did W5R1 on holiday here in Brussels this morning, how's that for motivation!

I can remember when you had just started.....doesn't time fly when you're having fun !

Run 3 of this week will be brilliant, such a great sense of achievement afterwards.

I am due for W5 R3 on Saturday of this week.... I am trying not to *think* too much about it... I decided to do it on a Sat so I can prepare myself for it...lol.

I am aiming for Friday night but it may have to be sat morn! I'm trying to think positive but it is scary! Keep going let me know how you do x

I figure a little extra sleep in on Sat morning might give me the extra energy rather thn an early pre-work run... I usually do M W F runs... but this week I am changed to Tues, Thurs and Sat... I only did the first run today, did you see much difference between run 1 and 2 ?

To be honest I did not! It was still hard but that is the idea to push a little bit more each time! I am wondering if day 3 is going to be the tough one but we shall see :-)
