Still reading all your blogs abd feeling proud but envious of you all, out there running !
haven't run for nearly 3 weeks due to damn frustrating groin injury... But have enlisted the help of a personal trainer at the gym who specialises in running.
He insisted I do nothing until our first session next monday....he is going to teach me strengthening and conditioning and fitness work, all intended to help prevent further injury.
So twice a week with him and 2 runs a week....if I'm not a running goddess by the end of this.........!
great news about tee shirts...well done all involved

Theres no reason why you cant get back to full fitness just listen to your body. I graduated for the first time last December then was struck down with full blown sciatica which crippled me for nearly 2 months and stopped me running for 3. I repeated C25K all over again and graduated a second time in May, I havent had any problems since (touch wood). Good luck with your return and as I said before listen to your body and your PT too.
