I did my W5R1 last night, in the pouring rain thankfully!
Felt great, second run I had to pull back in preparation for the third and final run.
Calves feeling it a bit today. 8 minute run tomorrow, well that'll be interesting!

Well done! Who would have thought we would enjoy running in the rain?! Hope you have ideal conditions for the big W5R3! 
Well done! I did W5R1 yesterday and it was ok but 5 minutes was enough; I can't imagine I'll be ready for the 20 minute leap without repeating this one a few times. It seems an enourmous jump.

I completed W5R3 last night in slight drizzle & it was fine. Laura has prepared you physically & everyone one here will prepare you mentally. You CAN do it!
