After my last blog post about worrying how I was going to manage running 5 minutes and all the fantastic comments I got back, I'd spent most of today in a mix of being absolutely terrified yet telling myself I could definitely do it.
I got to the treadmill and started the podcast with a deep breath... I remembered everyone's words about perhaps trying to run a little slower, as my calves and chest had both been tight last week, so I tried this and HEY! I DID IT! ALL OF IT!
I can't even begin to explain how proud I am of myself for doing it, when Laura told me I'd run for a total of 16 minutes I nearly burst into tears I was so happy. Really can't believe I've made it this far already! Still a long way to go but I'm feeling positive again

Yay! Well done you! I finished W3R3 today so will be starting on week 4 this week. Having read your blog I don't feel quite so terrified - I'm almost looking forward to it, thank you!
