So started week 2 this morning and feel thrice as good. Those who know me know that I start something and give up after a few days so I'm happy that I've kept going. I'm happy I got through this mornings run ( I've changed from running on the footpath around a very small playfield to running through the park which made it more enjoyable) and lastly I'm impressed that i still manage to get up at 04:10 to go out. Of course by the end of the week I'll probably be tired and full if aches and pains but it'll pass
