I am a plodder, it must be said, but I was quite pleased with that. I normally train a bit in the lead up to Race for Life (my 3rd time this year) and then let it slide. Hence my time is always around the 45 min mark. Really determined to keep up with this running thing and improve my time. Just got week 9 of C25K to go, then I'm a bonafide runner and the real work starts - getting faster!

Well done, I have my RFL in a few weeks and it will be the first one that I have run rather than walked.
I finally registered for parkrun today. I keep checking and the slowest time is 38-40 minutes so thats my target too.

Well done a great effort for a good cause. Race for Life started me on running a few years ago but C25k has been much easier.
