Hi everyone, Hope you are all well.

Thank you for all you support over the past few weeks. On Sunday I ran the race for life in Aintree racecourse. It was the best feeling in the world and we have raised £350. I did walk a little in the middle, but we did it in 37 mins!!

It was very emotional at the end - my friend with breast cancer was there at the finish line and then when we were at the wall of rememberance there were a few tears, but we did it.

I have to admit I stopped listening to Laura at the end of week 7 and used my own play list, (only because I didn't like the music), so I would say I have graduated, wouldn't you??

Just think 14 weeks ago I was a sitting heart attack or stroke, now thanks to non smoking day, Aintree race course and C25K I am well on my way to living a healthier life for longer.

I wish everyone out there just starting all the best luck in the world. It seems daunting, but believe me you WILL do it. If I can do it anyone can,

Good luck and keep believing

xxxxx

Well done! You have been just brilliant to do this. My Mrs did the RFL at Aintree last week. But she has back problems so walked it in 55 minutes. A rest effort as well raising over £300. The day was so enjoyable she has pledged to do it again. Every single lady there had a heart as big as Liverpool. Well done again!
