Just completed W6R2 this morning, didnt really fancy the 25 mins but got on with it. When I finished my phone reports that I was doing about 6.1min/km which hopefully means when I get up to the full 30 mins im doing 5k. I thought id being going pretty slow so im please to know I might just manage it!
