Wish me luck! Tonight I will be doing Week 5 run 3 - my problem is that I find it too tempting to stop and walk. I am doing it on the treadmill so I will be on countdown the whole way, maybe I should cover up the time?!

If you're the kinda person who constantly clock watches (like me) then covering it up would be a good idea I think

I did this run yesterday on the treadmill and I am a total clock watcher too!
I started off thinking - ok run for 8 minutes as you did before, then 2 more makes it 10, then wow I have run longer than ever before. After that I just worked through it minute by minute always thinking, look you're still doing it! I find it helpful to read the subtitles on the TV screens at the gym, at least that distracts for a little while! Sometimes The Chase is on and I can try and answer the questions too!
