Just finished Week 3 and loved it! Bit nervous about Week 4 as it looks a big step on from 3! Any tips anyone?! thanks!

You are doing great , don't worry about wk4 all the runs up until now have prepared you for it. You can do it 😊

Great, you're doing very well. Looking ahead can seem daunting sometimes. However all weeks are a step up of which you have been prepared for on previous weeks. Keep enjoying your progress. Good luck

I actually found Week 3 easier as it was less stop start. Don’t be afraid of it! Embrace and enjoy! Sense of achievement is amazing!

I was the same but did the first run of week 4 today, thought I’d have to stop in the 5 min ones but managed to keep going (slowly)
