Help! just completed week 4 run 3, barely. im completing the runs on treadmill at 5mph but during last 5 min run i had to slow right down to 3.5 as my calves felt like lead weights :-( possibly due to too much alcohol las night. but my question is this. do i repeat all 3 runs in week 4 or move on?

No, I wouldn't. Some runs go better than others. Push onto week 5 after your rest day - take two if you feel you need it. You completed the run and that is what is important, speed can come later.

Move on, you ran! Ignore the speed!
