Nope, won't be running today - due W4R3 - yesterday, right knee twinge pan returned after sitting with leg under me (I know, I know, a bad habit) after being fine for the last week. Now vowing to religiously do daily knee exercises as advocated on this site. I have proper running shoes and haven't had any problems except this - a sort of strain pain at the inner side of the knee. What a bore! But from the number of posts about knee pain, I am in good company. Good luck, fellow C25Kers, with your runs today and stay pain-free! 👍🤞 🏃

Cheers pianoteacher - did some recommended exercises, have managed a gentle walk (had errands to do) and have a tubi knee support, feels a bit better. Now sitting properly upright at my desk, so fingers crossed....
Where do I find the recommended knee exercises? (I too regularly sit with my leg underneath me!)
