Another Parkrun this morning at Cramond foreshore in Edinburgh. Hard going into the east wind on the way out to the turn but easier on the return. finished in just over 31minutes listening to Laura. 7sec slower than last time but felt pretty good.

I would say technically running 5k in 31minutes means you have already graduated.

Thanks for the supportive comments. Like others I'm now looking ahead to how I keep motivated after the programme. i want to do the whole number of runs. I've been really impressed by the programme and how supportive this blog has been. Reading the stories of others I want to graduate properly.

I must admit I never thought I'd get this far. In previous years I've done Race for Life walking and jogging and getting round in about 45 minutes. Did RfL this year in about 32minutes and have now done 4 Parkruns. Was really chuffed yesterday in the line for the barcode reader when someone said they had been following me all the way as they went round. Have set myself a target of 5k in 30minutes.
